Agencies in the UK are Charging a Big Amount to get their non-EU Spouses into the UK

Administrative bodies in the United Kingdom are slamming a fee of over £7,000 to assist individuals to move their non-European Union relatives into the United Kingdom permits given out by Ireland.

The actions of the bodies arise as there is an increase in the permits application for United Kingdom nationals’ relatives who come into the country via Iraq, Afghanistan, and Pakistan.

The United Kingdom is trying to make the process of acquiring permits a lot harder than usual.

One of the bodies stated during a high court proceeding the previous week that it can assure the provision of permits for relatives by utilizing Ireland.

It also stated that if there happened to be any hold up in Ireland in the issuance of the permit, the process would go to a high court in Ireland and a judge would have to pronounce an order to the Irish immigration service to hasten the procedure. “Within the laws of the land, it is within our powers to convince the immigration service to provide your permits directly.”

The previous week, a presiding judge provided an ultimatum of 6 weeks to the Department of Justice to come to a conclusion on the issues of a permit for the Pakistani spouse of a United Kingdom’s citizen.

Using IAS, the couples were able to apply for an Irish permit for the woman who admitted to being a qualified spouse under European Union laws for an EU citizen sojourning to Ireland on an employment basis. The couple had decided to permanently reside in the United Kingdom and made this application in July 2015.

Administrative bodies in the United Kingdom are billing people for the help they provide using European union’s rules guiding the rights of citizens of the union who travel to countries within the union to take their non-EU spouses along with them.

 They state that after receiving a permit from Ireland, the couple can then move to the United Kingdom after spending a total of around three months and a day in Ireland.
