The Entrepreneur stream of Saskatchewan immigration is a three-stage process:
· Expression of interest
· Invitation to submit an application
· Nomination
The expression of interest should meet the resulting minimum entry criteria:
· The least net worth of $500,000 legally obtained.
· Minimum of 03 years of entrepreneurial or experience of appropriate management.
· Investment of minimum $300,000 in Regina or Saskatoon, or $200,000 is any different area of Saskatchewan.
Applicants enter a pool where they get a score. The highest scoring applicants are invited to apply.
· Plan of Business Establishment proving figures in the E.O.I, and adding a minimum one-third ownership of a company in Saskatchewan, except the investment is $1 million or higher.
· Responsibility to be working in the day-to-day business management.
· Producing two or more jobs for citizens of Canada or permanent residents if the business is located in Saskatoon or Regina.
· Saskatchewan newly updated its occupations list in demand. The province of Saskatchewan combined 7 and abandoned 12 professions in the July 2018 reforms.
