Saskatchewan Invites New Batch Of Entrepreneurs

Saskatchewan province has announced ITAs to a recent batch of applicants below its Entrepreneur stream.
The July 18 draw viewed 187 invited announced to applicants obtaining between 100 and 135 points. The median score was 105.
This was the 4th biggest draw in the Saskatchewan history of Nominee Programs of Immigrant Entrepreneur stream.

The earlier three draws observed more significant numbers, with 231 applicants announced with E.O.I’s for the month of April 2018, 251 in January 2018 and 265 in the month of October 2017.

Saskatchewan province is intending one more draw of Entrepreneur in 2018, on October 17, although it predicts the time is subjected to change.

The Entrepreneur stream of Saskatchewan immigration is a three-stage process:

·         Expression of interest

·         Invitation to submit an application

·         Nomination

The expression of interest should meet the resulting minimum entry criteria:

·         The least net worth of $500,000 legally obtained.

·         Minimum of 03 years of entrepreneurial or experience of appropriate management.

·         Investment of minimum $300,000 in Regina or Saskatoon, or $200,000 is any different area of Saskatchewan.

Applicants enter a pool where they get a score. The highest scoring applicants are invited to apply.

Applications should include

·         Plan of Business Establishment proving figures in the E.O.I, and adding a minimum one-third ownership of a company in Saskatchewan, except the investment is $1 million or higher.

·         Responsibility to be working in the day-to-day business management.

·         Producing two or more jobs for citizens of Canada or permanent residents if the business is located in Saskatoon or Regina.

·         Saskatchewan newly updated its occupations list in demand. The province of Saskatchewan combined 7 and abandoned 12 professions in the July 2018 reforms.
